What happens if plans change
Consultations
Cancel more than 24 hours before your slot and you receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Cancel within 24 hours and the fee is retained, though the slot can be rescheduled once at no cost.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule free of charge up to 6 hours before your appointment. Tell us over WhatsApp or email.
Written reports
Once a report has been prepared and sent, it cannot be refunded. If preparation has not started, a full refund is given.
Courses
Courses may be refunded within 7 days of purchase provided no more than 15 per cent of the lessons have been accessed.
Physical products
Report any damage or mismatch within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Energised items cannot be returned once used.
